The Course

The Dommelloop took place on April 2nd this year, come back next year for the 2027 edition on the 1st of April!

----------------------------------------------------

The Dommelloop is an inclusive event that fits every type of runner, with a selection of races to match your pace and endurance. For those who thrive on covering long distances, our 10 km race is the perfect challenge. Looking for something faster? The 5 km race awaits those who have speed to spare beyond a short sprint. Prefer a team effort? Gather a quartet and take on our relay race, where each member conquers a swift 2.5 km leg. Join us, take on a new challenge and set new records!

A brief summary:

  • Solo 10 km
  • Solo 5 km
  • Relay 4 x 2.5 km
Association ranking

Just like last year there will be an association ranking. The student association with most participants will receive a prize!

Note: ESAV Asterix won't be taken into consideration in this ranking.

Board ranking

This year's edition comes also with a board ranking. So as to participate, sign your board up for the relay event.

Take on the challenge of becoming the fastest board and claim the highest position on the podium. Along with the pride and honor, there will also be a fun prize!

The circuit is composed of a 2.5 km loop within the TU/e campus and is marked with a light blue line.

The start and finish have been moved this year to a new location! The start and finish line will be in front of the TU/e Auditorium building together with the registration tents.

If you would like to use changing rooms and other facilities, such as showers, you can visit the SSC Eindhoven. You will need to show your starting number to be let in. Keep in mind that the SSC is 5-10 minutes from the start.

The Program

Date

The Dommelloop will take place on the 1st of April 2026.

Start number pick-up

Start numbers and chips will be handed out from 17:00 to 18:00. They can be picked up in our tent next to the finish line. Pins will be provided together with the number.

Participants not picking up their chips in time can still take part in the race, but their names won't be registered nor their results processed.

Late registration

This year we have a max number of participants, late registration might therefore not be possible. If it is (we know a few days before the race), registration can be done in the same time frame as the number hand-out, from 17:00 to 18:00. Late registrations cost 5€ for individual runners and 16€ for relay teams.

Race start

All racing events are scheduled to begin concurrently at 18:30. The starting and ending lines can be found on the map in the previous section. The registration tents are at the location of the start and finish line. This location has changed from editions in 2024 and earlier!

Award ceremony

We expect the award ceremony to begin at 19:40. This time is just indicative, since award ceremony will be held after the last participant crosses the finish line.

Facilities

Changing rooms and other facilities will be available in the SSC Eindhoven where runners will need to show their starting number to be allowed in. The available facilities include:

  • Lockers: To keep your belongings safe throughout the race. (€1 Deposit)
  • Showers/Changing rooms/Toilets: Enjoy a well-deserved shower after the race.
  • Students Sport Cafe for some refreshments (own cost)

NOTE that the SSCE is about 5-10 minutes walk from the start, take this into account in your planning.
